Something happened during a powerful conversation with some girlfriends last week.
We were talking about what we deep down really desire from a partner.
So this is interesting…
It turns out…
One of the biggest cravings for women is the question:
Can you handle all of me?
If I am fully expressed as all of me, wild in deep pleasure, can you look into my eyes and be there for me?
Or are you going to shrink and close your eyes the entire time?
A woman wants to know: Can he show up and be with me?
It is this deep profound hunger that women have.
It is amazing how much we crave you and your presence showing up.
And that depth means that you can feel emotions, have thoughts, that things can come and go but you do not get stuck in them, that you do not get lost in them.
You are there moment to moment to moment.
And it is so attractive to feel someone who shows up, really just shows up for life, for intimacy, for depth.
It's so valuable to have the skills to create a space to be present in love and intimacy, especially when life is very busy.
I love sharing with people how to make this real, because there are so many blindspots when it comes to relating.
It's a topic we never get much education about.
