What If Life Has Gotten Too Busy For Sex?

“Life has gotten too busy to make time for intimacy”. This is something I hear from people all the time. 

And yes, I get the reality that most high achieving individuals live very, very busy lives.

Often there’s children in the mix that bring even more responsibilities and less free time. 

Stress gets in the way.

And the list goes on..

But what if your intimate life could actually be a fuel for the work that you do? 

A fuel for your creative projects, inspiration for how you show up as a leader.. 

As well as a beautiful example for your children. 

It’s possible. 

Because this is what I see over and over again: 

When relationships, intimacy and sexuality are thriving, it ripples through all other areas of life.

From how you wake up in the morning to how you show up at work, the level of presence and clarity and presence you can access, the quality of the ideas you come up with, your level of confidence within yourself and the list goes on… 

Here’s the piece I really want you to know: It does not need to take that much time.  

You just need the right tools and practices. 

And the time that you do invest, will pay back in so many ways. 

My wish for you is that in this next year, is to feel fulfilled with the intimacy in your life in a way that works with your busy schedule and allows you to thrive even more as a leader.
