Sexual Energy Is Life Force Energy, This Is Why It's Important

The energy you feel in the bedroom is the same life force that supports you in your sense of confidence, in your expression as a leader, in the ways which you love, it propels your will, it fuels your purpose. It is all the same energy, that life force.
So when you have limitations in your sexuality, you have limitations in your life force. That is why it is so important to pay attention to it and release it.
It’s important because this energy is your essential life force, it is the energy that you have for existence, it’s the energy that you have for how you show up in life, love, work and creative projects.
It is coursing, vibrating existing within you right now at this very moment. It's moving through you, it’s what you are created from and it goes way beyond just intercourse.
It’s a core part of who you are. You were literally made from this energy, it’s the energy of creation. And yet, we grow up in a society where there is a lot of shame, judgement and distortion around this topic.
Most people are not thriving as much as they would like on this topic, even if things are already good. They don’t fully understand the power of the energy we are working with and how this ripples through all areas of life.
When in your life did you become ok with the idea that your intimate life is ‘fine’, or it’s ‘simply good’. It’s so easy to get caught up with stress, all the things to take care of, work and kids and for this part of your life to take a backseat.
May this be your reminder that your sexuality matters. It’s your life force energy. It’s your power and it’s what is your mojo for life, way beyond what happens in the bedroom.
I don’t want you to look back at your life thinking that you have not FULLY lived. I don’t want this to be you. I don’t want you to settle.
Life is too short. And it all starts with a decision.
