This term refers to the potential and possibilities that become available for you as a leader when you start to learn about how to navigate your sexual energy. 

 This energy is literally able to create life. That is how powerful it is. And we have never been educated how to actually make use of this power and apply it in our day to day lives. 

 Transmutation refers to a practice where we can transmute our sexual energy into other qualities by moving it to different places in our body. So instead of experiencing feelings of lust and desire we can transmute it into experiences of deep clarity, a spark of creative genius ideas and crystal clear presence.

Instead of feeling controlled or distracted by your desires, you are now able to learn how to feel in control instead of being in control of it. 

 Not that there is anything wrong with experiencing desire and lust. It’s all about opening ourselves up to our highest potential, more choice and new possibilities. 

 Or as Napoleon Hill would say it: 

“The road to genius consists of the development, control, and proper use of sex, love and romance.”
