Women have a burning question that needs to be answered: Can you handle all of me?

If I unleash my wild side and show you my deep pleasure, can you be present with me and look into my eyes?

Or will you back down and shut your eyes?

Last week, I had a profound conversation with my girlfriends about what we truly desire in a partner. What we discovered was fascinating.

Something that all women names in their own words was that she wants to know if you can show up for us. It's a profound hunger we have, and we crave your presence.

Being present means you can experience your emotions and thoughts, and not get lost in them. It means that you are in your body and not caught up in your mind. You are there moment by moment, and that's what we find attractive.

Knowing how to be present and deeply connected in love and intimacy is super valuable, especially in this crazy world we live in.

I love sharing with people how to do this because there are so many things we don't know about when it comes to relationships. Unfortunately, it's a topic we don't get much education about.

This craving for presence connects with a practice called tantra. It's like a spiritual path that focuses on bringing together the mind, body, and spirit.

When you practice tantra, you learn how to be fully in the moment, stop overthinking, be confident in who you are, and become a master of your sexual energy.

Tantra also focuses on creating deep and meaningful connections with others, especially in the context of intimate relationships.

Through the practice of tantra, you can develop the quality of presence that women crave for in a man. By being fully present, men can show up for their partners and create a space of love and intimacy that is deeply fulfilling for both partners.

By practicing tantra, you can learn how to show up for a partner, be present, and create a loving and intimate space that satisfies both people.

Tantra provides tools and practices that can help you cultivate this quality of presence and bring it into your life, relationships and in the bedroom.

This quality of presence allow a woman to open, instead of closing down, disconnecting from her desire and vulnerability.

You can learn tools and practices that help you develop this presence, which you can use to improve your life, your relationships, and what happens in the bedroom. This is also a powerful element to bring in when you have lost the spark in your relationship and you are looking to bring it back.

I’d love to hear, do you get caught up in your head? And did you realize how much women are craving your deep presence?
