Getting Support In Intimacy Doesn't Mean Something Is Wrong With You

Reaching out for support on the topic of love & intimacy doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with you, your body or your relationship.

To me it shows a person who is committed to living life to the fullest and someone who understands that sexuality and intimacy is at the core of it. It’s a force that ripples through everything we do.

Often people are very quick to say: “Oh no thank you, my love and intimate life are fine!”

If you are ok with your intimate life simple being ‘good’. I am here to share with you that there is much more to be experienced. And know that often when things are good, you are in a dangerous comfort zone that never allows you to fully thrive.

And let’s get real.. even if things are already good, you have barely scratched the surface of what is possible and you probably don’t even know it. You don’t know what you don’t know. There’s pleasure, experiences and connection available that will shatter your idea of what sex is supposed to look like.

In reality, for most people there are many things that get in the way of fulfilling intimacy. Just think of the factors of busy lifestyles, stress, pressure to perform, lack of valuable education around this topic, shame, guilt, and the list goes on… We just think it’s normal or we don’t talk about it.

Sometimes it’s a blessing in disguise when something is not working, because that motivates us to change something and this can be a catalyst to access something you never thought possible.

So often people have told me that after exploring many different kinds of self development that Tantra was the missing puzzle piece in their life.

This is because we are working directly with life force energy and this will ripple though every single area of your life.

What do you think would be possible for you? I would love to hear.
