Our ego likes to say: no thank you I don’t need to DO anything to ‘learn’ about intimacy. But let’s be honest about this..

We grow up in a society where we pretty much get brainwashed on this topic.

The fact that we do not talk openly about this topic should give you a clue. 

We have to realize how our relationship with sexuality has been the influenced by many places outside of ourselves, just think about religion, school, your family, any trauma you might have, media and of course porn.

There is so much distortion and expectation about ideas like: 

How you should act..
What it should look like.. 
Who you should be attracted to..
What sex is supposed to look like..
And on top of that the should’s and the pressure of daily life.

I can tell you now.. you are in no way tapped into your full
potential.

Most people are caught up in their head, often caught up in a pressure to perform. And this is NOT where the magic happens. Most people don’t even know what is possible for them and they never tap into these experiences. 

What if I told you that you can use the power of your sexual energy to cultivate a deeper sense of presence and clarity? And that ever person is capable of having whole body orgasms that last 10 minutes or even hours? Or that you can use your sexual energy to activate dormant parts of your brain to access a new sense of creative genius? And these are just a few examples. 

Let me ask you this question: At what point in your life did you start to be satisfied with okay-ness? Things are ‘fine’.

I don’t want you to look back at your life thinking that you have not FULLY lived. I don’t want this to be you. I don’t want you to settle.

Life is too short. And it all starts with a decision.
