One of the first things I teach people is how to become a master of their own sexual energy. Instead of feeling controlled by it, you are now learning how to control it and navigate it in an empowered way.
For example by using your breath, sound and movement you can learn how to transmute your pleasure into different qualities, such as clarity and confidence, as mentioned above.
Tantra also helps to release any limiting programming and conditioning around what happens in the bedroom, for example shame, a pressure to perform and being caught up in our head.
I made it my mission to make Tantra accessible for people without needing to spend years in the jungle of Asia like I did.
