How Tantra Compliments 'Always Being Busy'

While it's important to cultivate a sense of freedom and abundance, love and intimacy are often overlooked and we get distracted being busy.

Many people find themselves in a situation where they have lost the passion in their relationships, lost their ability to perform sexually, or feel unfulfilled in intimacy. There's a constant longing for something more. Can you relate to this?

When people look back at their lives at their death bed it is not the success and material goods that they have. It’s the love allowed themselves to give and receive.

As someone who has spent over a decade studying Tantra, an ancient science from Asia that has been forgotten in the Western world, I believe that there is so much more to be experienced in sex and love, even if things are already good.

Tantra has been a powerful tool for combining ancient practices with modern science to help people with busy lifestyles thrive in their love life like never before. This methodology has become my biggest passion, and I love sharing it with others, whether they are married or single.

This passion has been fueled from my own struggles, shame, confusion, lack of fulfillment and disconnect.

I’ve been there.

I didn’t know how to open, how to feel. I was stuck performing. I thought everything has to go along through a certain script. I didn’t really know how to ask for what I needed or what I was feeling.

 I was terrified.

But this was standing in the way of experiencing deep intimacy. I couldn’t keep on going the same way.

There was a moment, about 14 years ago, I realized two things about myself.

One was painful - I was totally disconnected from feeling pleasure. The other was a deep longing to feel connected to my body and experience the intimacy that my friends were talking about.

I used to feel shame and constantly judged myself and others, wondering if something was wrong with me.

But my intuition told me that there was nothing wrong with me, and that everyone has the capacity to experience mind-blowing, magical, life-changing pleasure and share it with others. It's our natural state, but it's often covered up by various factors.

This realization led me on a wild journey. Instead of pursuing a career in Psychology after finishing my Masters degree, I decided to live in the jungle of Asia and study Tantra.

Taking risks has always been a part of my nature, and I'm grateful I took this leap. During my journey, I discovered that our ability to create is closely connected to our connection with ourselves and our sexual energy, which can add immense power to our lives.

I want you to know is that just talking about what is holding you back doesn’t bring real transformation.

Positive thinking on itself won’t change you.

Please, get out of your mind, it’s not your thoughts that need your attention, it’s your nervous system and your body is the gateway to your nervous system. To have real change, you have to work with your nervous system and create new neural-pathways in your brain.

Tantra and working with your sexual energy in order to change has been the most powerful method I’ve found for rewriting the brain and creating transformation in your life. That’s why I am so in love with what I do.

This is the reason why I left my career as a psychologist and decided to dive a level deeper and integrate Tantra in my work.

Currently I help people thrive in their lives through a mentorship program that combines modern neuroscience and ancient tantra. This 1-on-1 coaching program is designed specifically to give you the relational education we never had.
