Sophie is a tantra teacher, psychologist, and sexual empowerment coach.
Her work is fueled by a desire for every woman to regain her erotic power and come home to her body. She believes that regaining our natural ability to feel pleasure is the key piece for our empowerment, awakening, and healing.
Sophie has a background in Psychology. After she got her Master’s degree in Amsterdam she decided to take a different route instead of becoming a psychologist and she decided to go to the jungle of Asia to study Tantra.
After many courses, training, and certifications, spending months at a time in the jungle of Peru working with plant medicines as well as studying at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality with Layla Martin she now combines her scientific background with powerful ancient tantric practices.
She has been on this path for the last 10 years sharing this with others and continues to grow and explore.
For years, she was disconnected from her body and her pleasure, in states of deep depression and anxiety. This work has changed every single area in her life around. She splits her time living in Bali and Colorado as well as traveling the world to continuously keep growing and expanding.
