Tantra is an ancient Hindu practice that has been going for over 5,000 years that is mostly known for the fact that it works with sexual energy as a way to awaken to our potential as a human being in relationships and intimacy. For us in our modern day life it’s a powerful practice to explore to access what is possible in long term relationships when the spark has faded as well as to experience the benefits in our day to day life. 

The most common benefits for people in relationships is that has a powerful ability to bring back the spark and intimacy that has often been last over time and due to stress and busy lifestyles. Tantra offers tools to bring back more meaningful and authentic connection, it helps to bring back desire for a partner if that has been lost over time, after getting children of hormone changes. It helps to rebuild deep levels of trust and safety that are at the foundation of our ability being to connect and open to intimacy, especially for women. 

In the bedroom the benefits are more meaningful and fulfilling sex, the ability to get out of your head, last longer, be free from the pressure to perform, experience more pleasure and better orgasms and having the ability to open a partner to levels they have never experienced before. My background is in Psychology, after I got my Masters degree and doing lots of scientific research I decided to go a different route because I was looking for more. Talking to a psychologist can be helpful but does not give us the deeper transformation I saw possible. Instead of becoming a psychologist I decided to travel to the jungle of Asia to study Tantra. I’ve been studying Tantra for over 10 years now and it completely changed my life. Now I combine modern science and psychology with ancient Tantra. 

I have spent many years exploring different trainings, courses and certification programs. I have spend many months in the jungle of Peru studying shamanism. I am certified as a breath work facilitator, yoga teacher and meditation teacher and have several Tantra certifications including from the Institute of Integrated Sexuality with Layla Martin. I aim to always keep learning and growing. 

I offer a mentorship program that is designed specifically to give you the relational education we never had. My signature method combines ancient tantric practices & modern neuroscience that will create a new foundation in your relationship by rewiring and transforming the nervous system. We work together during a process of several months so you experience deep and powerful transformation that will last. 

The process consists of 1:1 mentoring, experiential practices, in between support, guided audios, video’s and more. Backed by modern science and empowered by ancient wisdom, you learn to work with the primal brain and the deep subconscious, which allows you to actually resolve the issues that keep you from having the sex, relationships, and love that you desire and deserve.

What I usually recommend for people doing my programs is a commitment to work together for multiple months with a consistent practice of 4 times a week minimum of 15/20 minutes each. When this is done consistently, you will see results that will last. There is always the option to do more, and this depends on how deep you want to take this journey. There are also certain tools you will implement in your day to day life as part of your lifestyle. 

In my career I have seen that we are living in a pandemic of people living in marriages that have lost the passion and have no idea how to fix this. It breaks my heart to see so many people end relationships that have a lot of love and potential. Therapy often does not work and that leaves people feel helpless and frustrated. After working with countless people on this issue I have developed a method that has had great success and I am committed to share this work. 

I believe that when a man is deeply fulfilled in his relationship and sexuality, he can show up powerfully all other areas of his life. The world needs more powerful leaders and I believe this is often a missing puzzle piece that will allow men to live up to their potential. It brings me so much joy to see the positive transformation and ripple effect this work has on my clients. 

In most cases the partner of my clients are not in a space where they are willing to cooperate, especially in the beginning. Which is very common and not a problem. I designed this program knowing that there might be a certain level of resistance, judgment or unwillingness from the partner in the beginning. In 95% of the time the willingness of the parter will shift during the process. So this is not a problem since we will be working with this. I have navigated this situation a lot in the past so know how to support in the communication. 

The sessions are designed to be 1:1 with you. If your partner is willing and there is that desire there is an option to do certain sessions together but it is not necessary. 

One of the main differences with therapy is that therapy only works on the mental level of our being. It can be valuable to gain certain insights and understandings but for deeper transformation to happen we have to work a level deeper. Often people come to me who have been to therapy for a long time but they have not experienced much noticeable transformation that lasts. 

With my approach we include working with sexuality and we do not only work with the prefrontal cortex of our brain (mental) but also with the limbic (feeling) and primal part of our brain. The primal part of our brain is where the deeper subconscious, automatic patterns are located. We can access these patterns through the body and through working with sexuality. By combining Tantric practices with neuroscience we generate a certain plasticity in the brain that allows deeper connection and intimacy to arise again and we get to the core of what is getting in the way.
